In early 1992, Three Brothers, (Eric,
Dennis, and Spiro) had a dream of opening a different type
of restaurant, not just a restaurant we see in every corner
of America, but one that still believed in homestyle cooking
with a family atmosphere!
They chose a location in a little
suburb of Chicago called Elmwood Park. This community was
chosen because of its family oriented values. The brothers
knew this would be a perfect location.
On March 25th 1992 the Elmwood restaurant opened its doors
for the first time. It didn't take long before families
flocked to try this homestyle atmosphere & cooking. Today
the restaurant is still family owned and operated and is an
Elmwood Park & Chicagoland favorite. |
